2. Platform Scope
RecordPathAI provides eligibility screening tools, guided intake, and document automation that may generate printable or downloadable court filing packets where supported.
3. User Information and Accuracy
You are responsible for submitting complete and accurate intake, offense, case, and court information. Generated documents depend on the data you provide.
4. Filing Responsibilities
RecordPathAI does not currently e-file directly with every court. You are responsible for reviewing, signing, printing, mailing, filing, and complying with local court rules.
5. Court-Specific Requirements
Court processes may require fingerprints, filing fees, hearings, notarization, clerk review, or additional documents. Requirements vary by jurisdiction and case type.
6. Payments and Refunds
Secure online payment is active for eligible services. Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable except for duplicate charges or platform billing errors.
7. No Legal Advice
RecordPathAI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. No attorney-client relationship is created by use of this platform.
8. No Guarantee of Outcome
RecordPathAI does not guarantee expungement, sealing, dismissal, court acceptance, court approval, or any legal result.
9. Third-Party Services
We may rely on third-party tools and service providers, including payment processors and hosting providers. Their terms and policies may also apply.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RecordPathAI is not liable for losses resulting from user-provided inaccuracies, filing errors, court decisions, delays, or third-party service interruptions.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of RecordPathAI after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
